The Achinga kondattam is dry Asparagus bean, It is very famous in south Indian side and it is been served for lunch after frying.
The kondattam is been made by using the curd and salt. The Asparagus bean is been dipped in to curd and salt for 2 to 3 days and keep it natural light (sun) for 4 to 5 days.
