Directions for use:

Take approximately 10 gm(1bsp) of Jeeva Millet Health Mix and Mix in 250 ML of water. Place on stove and cook for 5-10 mins. Keep stirring to avoid lumps. Add Salt or Jaggery according to taste Recomented usage : Twice in a day. Early moring and eveing. Recommended for age 12 months and above.
